Course Overview

Learn to conduct genome-wide association studies for case/control and quantitative traits. Master advanced result presentation, interpretation, and individual disease risk prediction using Polygenic Risk Score techniques.

Prerequisites

Statistics and genetics fundamentals. R programming experience required.
